"The knitting class was a lovely experience and Anthea was a pleasure. She was very patient and calm and taught us all we needed to know about knitting in a couple of weeks! You learn to cast on and off, and all the basic stitches - knit, purl, stocking stitch, moss stitch. We also learnt how to french knit and to crochet. I have some knitting knowlegde but it was great to be able to learn how to undo mistakes and to ask questions. The pace of the course was realistic, so there was a real sense of acheivement by the last session as we had all finished our cushion covers. It has certainly given me the confidence to try my own project and I know where to find Anthea if I have any problems!"
