Around the gastronomic world in 4 weeks! Emma, a trained chef and former Food Editor at Family Circle and BBC Good Food magazine, will take you on an exciting and hands-on culinary tour covering one menu each week from different parts of the world. You will learn to create new and inspiring family meals which are simple to cook.

Week 1: South East Asia

Week 2: India

Week 3: The Middle East

Week 4: Mexico

The classes are small and relaxed and you will eat whatever you have created that evening (wine included).
