EMPORIUM'S CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS & CLASSES

If you are unable to make the original dates you booked for Emporium's workshops and classes, we will gladly transfer your bookings to any available alternative dates, but you must notify us at least 14 days prior to the start date. You may also decide to send someone else in your place. In this case, we would ask you to please provide us with the person's name and contact details before the start date of the workshop or class.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet the minimum number of particpants needed to run a workshop or a class, we may need to postpone or cancel it. We will endeavour to give all particpants as much notice as possible and will offer a full refund or will transfer your booking to another workshop or class, if you so wish and if one is available.
