ABOUT EMPORIUM TEA ROOMS & FANCY GOODS

Emporium Tea Rooms has been bought by Dimensions Community Enterprises and is now being run as a social enterprise, working together with pupils from TreeHouse School. Appearances won't change, the gorgeous tea room will remain and the lovely staff will still be serving you. The shop will soon be filled with new and exciting stock to entice you in to spend your money with us! The wonderful community spirit which has always been a part of Emporium will simply be enhanced by our work with young people with autism.

In addition to serving glorious homemade food and delicious teas and coffees, Emporium also offers a range of classes for both grownups and children, ranging from sewing, knitting and crocheting to French conversation, painting, cookery and children's crafts classes. Special events such as the popular "Storytelling & Pudding Evening" are also held at regular intervals. Emporium also offers a delighful traditional Afternoon Tea and party packages for both children and grown ups.
Emporium's Fancy Goods shop sells a lovely and unique selection of vintage china, homemade jams and sweets, colourful kitchenware, toys and handcrafted items such as jewellery, artwork, toddler clothing and aprons. Many of the items sold in the shop are handmade by local artists and craftspeople and are exclusive to Emporium, including beautiful made-to-order artwork. Emporium's marvellous staff
